Hello! I’ve had my glowforgepro for five years and just this last month my engraves are coming out with a ton of lines. I have not changed any settings or materials than what I normally use, mostly proofgrade, and I have experimented with increasing the lines per inch to the maximum and the line still come out the same. Any idea how to fix this?
Your image shows a pretty common result of engraving – the machine does not seem to be consistent. If you had settings that were producing satisfactory results on the identical material in the past, however, then this would imply something has changed.
