I am having this problem … engraving is off object …but cuts and scores fine…I am not sure why… cleaned machine …recalibrated camera…belts are properly tension…turned machine off and on …this only happens with engraving (6x now) …
Have you engraved anything successfully - for instance the Gift of Good Measure? Are you using the set focus tool before placing your artwork?
I was successful in the past with engraving, then it just started to print slanted. Gift of good measure is printing slanted also.
