hello, i would like to cut an item but it shows just engraving, how can i change it?

You need a vector line to cut or score. It sounds like you have an image which will only engrave (raster). If you have the premium subscription, you can use the outline tool to put a line around your image. If not, you will have to open the file in a design software such as Inkscape and modify it there.
