I had a single SVG that I then copied and pasted to ~20 images with the CG Web app. Selected the non PF material. Measured thickness of material and entered. Says it will take 45 mins. Fine. But, when it starts “printing” the gantry moves back and forth, but there is no laser and no engraving. Any ideas?
The two most common causes of this behavior:

Using manual settings and the power is set to 1

If you are engraving vector elements, you actually have two copies of the vector on top of one another. Overlaying vectors will effectively knock out the areas that are overlaid.
