I need help! I received a huge order and my GF decides to stop working! I’ve already cried for hours and hours. Where can I get a replacement ASAP please!!! I need a new one.
Photos and a description of what has happened will speed what replacement is needed, if any. There are many issue that can cause the problem from magnets to a gummed up fan that can be cleaned, but without a clear description (withy photos) it could be hard to tell.
If all that info is there when the company folks get to your post here it can save days of back and forth.
It keeps giving me the error of air assist fan not up to speed. I e cleaned everywhere
Did you unscrew the vent and clean the back of the fan? It looks like the fan still has some build up behind the blades.

Yes I did. Honestly it just looks like the blades need replacing. They look really beat up no matter the amount of cleaning I do.
