I keep getting this error message lately, but the laser is working fine and the camera is in fact taking a picture, at least that I can see in the cloud software.

I’ve had this issue lately, too…but, after several tries, it finally works just fine.

I am getting constant “an error occurred” when trying to use set focus, opening/closing the lid to reposition material, etc. Something’s up, but I can work around it. If it’s inhibiting your work, contact support.

I’ve been having this issue recently as well. Sometimes I have to turn my machine on & off to get it to work without this error popping up. Super frustrating!
