I keep getting error occurred on your glowforge, please refresh or restart machine, When auto focusing. I have refreshed, restarted both machine and computer, still nothing. I was using it just fine then went to do a new project and i keep getting this error.
I tried with a file and no file.
Please help.
Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t fix it, see if it also happens with a different design, to make sure it isn’t a problem in your file.

Thanks for the response. I did clear the cache. And I tried with other files and no files at all. I cleaned the lenses and the lid cover. I have it off right now, I’m gonna wait a few hours.
its working now, i cleared the cache again. I dont know why that would cause such an issue.
