One of my exhaust fan blades sheared off and disintegrated, can I buy a replacement fan? Can I run the machine temporarily ( all be it noisily) with one blade missing?

You can turn the fan off and run an external exhaust that has greater than 200 cfm and find it so much better you might even put off the repair.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve hit this snag. This particular part is not available for remote replacement I’d like to take a look at the exhaust fan. Would it be possible to obtain a picture of the blade that you noticed was damaged?
Once we can review the photo, we’ll send over the next best steps.
