One of my prints failed using proofgrade material. The first one (Which I broke so I had to recut) worked flawlessly, I reloaded it and cut again but this time it failed pretty badly. Is this something that would be covered under the proofgrade guarantee?

Yes, contact support and they will guide you thru the process.. You’ll need the date and time of the print for them to check the logs and camera images..

Gloworge warrants that their material will cut with proper settings, so you should definitely contact them if it failed to cut.
