Fiberglass knife handle engraving

I was just given a bunch of knives that have fiberglass “wood looking” handles. Can these be engraved? If so, does anyone has an engrave setting starting point? Thanks!

The consensus in previous discussions of fiberglass engraving has been that it’s probably not safe to burn with your laser, and the result might not be good even if you did it anyway.

Would the GF be able to engrave or cut fiberglass?
