Tried to open the Love Me Knot coaster file to the GFUI but a file that I had developed in Inkscape called Love Me Knot Coaster Assembly Jig came up in its place.
I renamed the GF file (That’s what the rename button is for, right?) and then tried to upload it and it went through the rendering design but nothing was displayed in the GFUI.

Could you please try the following for me?
- Go to app.glowforge.com
- From this page, open the “Love Me Knot Coasters with Expanding Holder” design
- If the design you see does not match the original design that was purchased, click the (…) button to open the instructions for the design
- Click “Reset design”
If this doesn’t help, please let me know what happens after you click the “Reset design” button.
