I purchased a file from Etsy and when I load it to cut and engrave it stops the print and says “filled shape is open” I reached out to the owner and she can’t seem to figure out what is causing it, I also reached out to one of the other customers and she can use my file and it works perfect on her machine so can anyone help me to understand why it’s not on my Glowforge Pro? Thank you!!
You didn’t say whether the other machine was a Glowforge or a different laser.

Can you open the file in Inkscape or AI and rasterize it? Did the seller provide a pdf file or just svg?
Sorry, both use a Glowforge yes.
I have opened it in Inkscape and it shows that it should be cut and engraved, not sure what rasterize is.
