I’m going to go ahead and ask, what are more details left to explain about the filter cartridge used in the air filter? For example, can it be “recharged” with new absorbant, etc.?
All indications to date are that the cartridge is a replaceable / consumable with longevity and price to be determined.
i doubt they’ll bring up pricing much before the filter launches but dan has said in the past (something like) that $200 was their rough target for cartridge replacements.
It’s difficult for us to predict how often your filter cartridge will need to be replaced because it depends not just on how much you use it but on the material you print on. We haven’t finished the air filter software yet, but are planning for a feature to remind you about filter changes.
