This came over as a group with size of 100%.
I ungrouped, changed the circle from a unset stroke/fill object to a red stroke & no fill (so you can cut it) and aligned it with the engrave pieces.
I did the same with the hole in the top and for the letters I defined a no-stroke and a blue fill.
Try that and see if it works (I can’t load it to mine because I’m away from home and my GF is off).
I am having the same issue, quite a bit right now. I had to shift reload the site in order for it to work. @bailey
