I just set up my machine, went through the setup process step by step. I followed the video and prepared my first cut, which was the gift of measure using proof grade material and started printing. The printer heads moves but there is no laser. I have checked the installation of the mirror which is correctly installed. Is there another piece that I didn’t install correctly or is there just something wrong with this machine?? Here is also a picture of the 4 gold prongs.
Can you post a picture of your settings or tell us what they say? It’s silly, but sometimes the the Proofgrade settings get reset if you’re looking around in the settings.
