It just sits there. I’ve had the pro up and running for two days and a total of 4 small cuts. And literally it will not cut anything as of last night. Sigh.
Try turning it off (without moving the head from underneath the camera) and then turning it back on after 30 seconds.
On the 3rd try of doing that it worked. Woot.
I’m a fan of editing the word (Resolved or Solved) into my titles when a problem is no longer a problem. Support still reads the topic and the forum can see there was a solution.
