Flashed yellow light

I was using my glowforge today. It had finished cutting and was on the cooling section. The light flashed yellow for a second before it finished cooling. Was it to warm in the room? After that I shut it off. I’ve never seen this before.

The two things that normally make the light turn yellow are temperature (too hot, too cold) or unable to communicate with the print head (the white ribbon cable is loose or damaged).

During my recent marathon coin-cutting sessions I’d often see a quick yellow at the end of a run after the machine had to pause mid-print to cool down earlier.

Since resuming “normal” use, I haven’t seen it. I don’t think you need to panic.
