I used their thinner 1/16" acrylic because it was thinner than PG and flexes better to confirm to the head. Makes it a bit more comfortable.
Most of it is extruded so it doesn’t engrave the same way cast acrylic does but if you use the dual color one or the pattern pieces you get good contrast. Just dial in the power & speed so it cuts cleanly and you’re all set.
