I continue to receive an error message and my machine will not cut through. I’ve restarted the machine, and refreshed the bowser several times. Any help?
At the risk of stating the obvious, have you made sure that the lid camera lens, and the two windows on the bottom of the printhead are spotless?
I’ve had that message before but noticed many times it does go ahead and cut…
