I purchased a glow forge aura a few hrs ago, ive taken it out of the box, it it up to wifi but I have not been able to get past “focusing”. I have cleaned the lense and 4 hrs later still just focusing. Is anyone else experiencing this? How do I fix this?

You should definitely reach out to support - focusing takes a few seconds when it’s working.
Things to try are - do you have a full piece of material, or nothing at all, in the bed? If no - try that.
When you say you cleaned the lens - do you mean the camera lens on the lid, or the laser lens on the head? Either way, clean the other one. It’s possible you put a fingerprint on it that it can’t see through
