ok, i have a video of this.
The arm with the laser seems very hard to push back on one side. I have to restart the machine and set it to home position.
The machine starts up, i send the file to cut, it starts and moves to place, then a very short laser like robot sound happens a little cut happens just a second then it stops and enters focusing and will not move again.

Not sure what you mean by push back… you shouldn’t be pushing on anything while the machine is turned on. The other issue sounds more complicated… GF support will hopefully have some answers for you soon.
