we calibrated the unit , cut out a few items ,then tried to load up a new drawing,
the unit went to focus on it and is stuck on focusing. any suggestions

It could just be that you need to clean your optics. If that doesn’t do it, search “stuck focusing” on the support page for a longer list of things to check.
Also, FYI posting in this section opens a support ticket, so it’s best just to post your issue once so as not to clog up the support queue.
