Hi,
I am a fan of Fondue, cheese, Chinese, all of them. My first kitchen thing I bought for myself is a Fondue kit. But the original box that I have used for transport is beyond its end of life. It was cardboard and well, it travelled a lot more then it was designed for. So I decided to design a custom designed box for the kit.
It houses the cauldron, the heater stand, the pikes, the fuel and matches.

Totally off topic but I have deeply experimented with cheese fondue and have killer technique, ready to share if asked. Same with Chinese fondue.
Consider yourself asked!
(Especially if the technique does not involve travel to Switzerland, which is the only way I know at the moment)

Oh, I like your secret trick! I’ll sometimes do that with a tomato sauce to make it a little sweeter, but never thought about doing it for cheese!
