I am trying to create a project with fonts but it will not let me change the font. The font is stuck at Lato regular and no matter what else I select it does not change. I tried deleting the text and redoing it from the beginning but nothing helps. Is anyone else having trouble? What do I need to do to fix?

Try opening the app in a different browser.

I have tried both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Neither will work. Those are the only two I have available on my computer as far as I know. I am working at a school so I don’t have a lot of extra option just what they providde.

I figured out a way around it but things still aren’t working correctly. I figured out if I use Chrome as my browser I can type in the font as a word then change it to the numbers. Once I use numbers in it I cannot change the font. So I made it work it just took far longer. Is anyone else having issues with not being able to change fonts if its numbers instead of letters in the text?

Others have had this issue which is why I suggested changing browsers. Sometimes when browsers update things go wonky for a bit because of new popup blocking, etc. I suggest you contact Glowforge support to report your issue.

I wonder if anybody can reproduce this? Maybe they found some sort of bug?
I’m not at my PC so I can’t test it. Can you give us a specifics about your computer? What operating system etc.?

I am having the same problem. I’ve tried several different computers and several different search engine. UGH! I put in a ticket.

Was your text all numbers at any time? It seems like a long shot that the numeric string was causal but you never know.
