I’ve only had my Glowforge up and running for a little over a month, but I got done printing something today, and the cable that looks like it’s the carrier for the laser. I emailed support, but has anyone else had this happen, and, if so, can it be replaced without sending the whole unit back?
You will need to post a photo so folk can see what you are talking about. There is a white cable above and a drive belt below that if bad suggests other problems.
Are you referring to the white ribbon cable that goes to the carriage? If so I believe the machine has to go back if that needs replacement.
