Here is the Journal Cover template that I promised. It’s what I used to create this project. If you want to create a back cover as well, don’t forget to rotate it 180 degrees.

Forgot to mention, even if you don’t have a spiral punch for the inside pages, I’m pretty sure you could take them to a Kinko’s and get them punched. I know they do spiral binding. Office Depot does it too.
