Getting "Expired" Message When Aligning On Passthrough

I’ve used the Passthrough several times in the past with no issues. Today however, I am getting an “Print Expired” message when it’s trying to do the alignment. It has happened at the same point each time. It cuts the first two sections just fine, but after I pull the material forward for the third cut it scans several points but when the printer head moves to the right side it just can’t seem to align. I can see a red laser light aimed at the last laser cut, but then nothing. It just sits there until it times out, and I receive a “Print Expired” message.
Why is it doing this and is there any way to continued with the print? It has ruined two 4 foot sheets of wood so far.

You’ll likely have to go to support for them to check what the back end is happening. Same spot in the cut might be a file issue but odd that it’s exactly where the machine breaks it down.

If you’re talented, you can always try to manually align sections that you break the job into yourself. It’s not very difficult, but it isn’t easy.

The one time I used the pass thru for a clear acrylic sign, I fell asleep between the 2nd and 3rd sections and had to manually align the sections after I woke up. Does it give you the option to try to manually align?
