Hello, very new to this glowforge thing but Im having a bit of trouble in getting my photo to cut. Ive tried pdf, png, svg files but they always say they can not be cut only engraved. What am i doing wrong?

I don’t think you mean to cut the entire photo, correct? The photo itself should be engraved, otherwise you’d have nothing. However, if you’re trying to engrave it and cut around the edge, you can do that by making an outline (box, circle, or whatever) around the edge of your photo and cut the outline. If you have Premium, you can add your shape in the Dashboard, or if you are using a design program, open your photo in it and add your outline, then resave it. Hope this works for you.
