Getting no communication from support re password

Not sure if these will help as they are very old, and the process may be different now; but they worked for me once upon a time.

It will send you a link to change it; it’s shared between discourse and glowforge.com.

I figured out how to do this.Follow the reset process, but in place of the supplied complex (hard to remember password), just enter the password you want in that space.It will accept that one. Was easy.
