Getting Print Canceled message on Glowforge Pro

I set material in my Glowforge Pro, click on the Print button. The Glowforge starts the processing but then I get a print Canceled message.

I have turned off the machine and logged out of the browser and still get the message. Any ideas?

Have you tried a different file?

I haven’t, but is worth a try. Thanks for the suggestion.
