GF air filter delivered without Cartridge?

I have just received my order from GF to the UK after waiting for sometime and I had to get the air filter as I will be setting up in my apartment with no widow ventilation and the air filter has arrived with no cartridge? I was not instructed when purchasing to add the cartridge and I thought they would include one. Very disappointed. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi @megmakin - I’m very sorry to hear that your air filter arrived without the cartridge. How frustrating! I’ve already created an order for a new cartridge to be shipped out and I’m going to work hard to get it on your doorstep as soon as possible. I’ve followed up with you about this directly over email too, so I’m going to close this thread.
