GF continually says off line

Hi everyone,
I have followed the trouble shooting and shut and unplugged everything and it still says offline. It hasn’t centered either. It basically turns on and nothing else happens. We changed from Spectrum to Frontier for our WiFi , it started to do it today, but why wouldn’t it even calibrate or center? Any help would be appreciated.

You have to connect the GF to the new wifi. Press and hold the magic button for 10 ish seconds, it will turn teal color then start the setup process like you did when you first got the GF.

Thanks for the answer, @wilsonpf, that’s right. @lisascraftythings, it looks like your Glowforge is connected and you’ve been able to print since starting this thread. That’s great!

Could you please let me know if you’re still experiencing any problems?

Thanks so much, it worked. We also cleaned the fan on the print head. Beauty, that’s what I call her is working like brand new!
