So I just logged in a bit ago and a msg is on my page, saying my FREE TRIAL, had ended! I don’t have a free trial! I have a paid one!!! They charged me last month, and not this month. I just looked at my card statements. Now it is XLD and I have gotten nothing about it until I logged in. I’ve been getting premium since they offered it ($14.99) and I am freaking out because this is the only design program/software that I use.
Has this happened to anyone else???
No deep advice, but I’m sure they’ll help you fix it.
