GF Stuck at scanning

My GF has been stuck in scanning mode. It just scans and scans and doesn’t work.
I’ve tried turning it on and off, plugging and unplugging, removing all materials from crumb tray, cleaning lenses, changing Wifi networks/going back on the same one, I even read someone put on here to open and close the lid while it’s scanning. Nothing is working.

I’m so sorry you ran into trouble during calibration. It looks like you’ve been able to print since contacting us. That’s great!
