GF stuck on Cancelling

My GF is stuck on cancelling :frowning: Ive tried restarting computer, restarting GF, reset WIFI with everything off and restarted everything. Even when its off it shows as cancelling -

Same here! I haven’t been able to print anything today! I restarted the machine several times, re-connected to WIFI, restarted my WIFI, etc. Guessing it’s because their software is down. Waiting for a call back to confirm that is the case.

nightmare! I managed to get a few prints done today but since cancelling about 2 hours ago its been stuck since :frowning: keep me updated what they say, hopefully it is a software issue :crossed_fingers:

I spoke to someone at GF. Said they submitted a ticket and my machine is affected by their software outage. Supposedly would provide an update via email once it’s fixed. No ETA.

Called the support # on the website. In the USA. I requested and got a callback in about 15 mins.

Update on their status page.

I through to support and they said they have to escalate the concern as they don’t see it on their end when they check my serial number.

This is what happens when Glowforge sneaks in an update on there machine , Both my machines are down for the count, UGH

No one’s got back to me and I contacted hours ago :weary: so many orders to fulfil! Praying for a fix by morning :crossed_fingers:t3:

That Status page is nonsense , they always try to pad the issue . Were all down , that is the issue and it should state that its widespread . Yep I hate it. It helps that I run two machines so I always know its not on my end.

100% agree! Their status is downplaying the issue. Making me think it’s time to get a new laser that is not dependent on the cloud base services like GF.

I’ve got the same thing going on!

I have this message:

If you sign up to receive emails regarding problems and incidents, you will be able to keep updated on status in cases like this.

I got the same message at the dashboard home screen. Refreshed and did several other troubleshooting methods. Nothing helped.
