Hello! My new GF Pro will not connect to my internet during initial setup. It’s 5ghz. Is this why? How on earth would one go about fixing that? I also tried connecting to a 2.4ghz hotspot and it still didn’t connect. We have a very strong wi-fi signal. I have access to my router settings so is there a specific security setting that could be causing this?
