Ghost engraving on wood

Hi please help Glowforge is engraving but there is no image on the wood ? It’s like ghost printing. Can anyone please advise.

Could be a couple things:
The power setting may have somehow reverted to zero;
You may have stacked images which can cancel out each other.

Print the default Gift Of Good Measure. Note the date and time, since if it does not work and you wish to report the issue to them they will ask you to print that file.
Also. As @beerfaced mentioned, if you play with the numbers manually instead of accepting the auto parameter selection, it reverts to power level of 1 at times, so worth a look.
