Hi, So I am trying to figure out how or whats the best way to create layered maps, that have streets, water, all those cool things. I know HOW to cut them into layers but I have no idea how to make each layer or what to use to do so. I was told GIS software but that doesn’t help me a whole lot. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
