Glass lid separating from the frame

The glass lid seems to be separating from the metal frame. I need to know how to fix this. Thx!

Ugh. It’s a rare fail, but it does happen. If your machine is still under warranty they will fix it for you. If it’s not, the company will offer to fix it for a charge - or as @beerfaced stated - there are instructions on here from folks who’ve fixed it themselves. This comment will get you started if you want to go down that road:

The best option is whatever you’re comfortable with. Glowforge will either offer to fix it for you for a chunk of change, or send you a refurbished one for the amount that it would cost them to repair your machine, if that’s what they’re still doing that is.
