If you will check out the Beyond the Manual section, a lot of people have shared the settings that worked for them, along with tricks on how to keep the glass from cracking.
I finally got around to working with a piece of clear glass subway told, purchased a while back at Lowes. It was a gift for my sister’s 60th birthday.
I knew from previous sharers’ that the paper backing would turn black when engraved, and show through on the right side of the tile. For that I used a simple botanical image. Settings were full power and full speed.
For the front I found a saying I liked and used Inkscape to lay it out. I engraved it at full power, speed at 850.

It took about a dozen tests but I’m finally getting good consistent results on shot glasses.
A year ago, I designed a jig to hold 20 shot glasses for engraving (Shot Glass Jig & Template ). Within a couple days of getting my Glowforge, I cut a 1-glass version of the jig to make sure it would work as intended. It didn’t. It was close but needed a few tweaks.

Hi i need Help engraving Glass i don’t find the glass settings and also help cutting upload pictures in wood because every picture the i upload i can’t cut only engrave and give me a message bitmaps can’t only be engraved
