This is really frustrating not knowing why this happened. I completed 2 of 3 similar engraves but this one it stopped a 3rd of the way thru and moved to the side. just sat there. some how i got it going again but it was printing off the side of the wood, not on the project. so I cancelled.
any suggestions?
Next try it skipped on a leather coaster.
Power the machine off and back on, and it’ll re-“home” which should fix projects starting from the wrong place. If you’d been running engraves for a few hours, the print head may have been overheating. Give the head fan a clean and a break between long projects to avoid that.
And one more thing…clean the rails really well after you’ve powered it off. The Aura seems to be really touchy about that.
