My machine quit working 6 months in…customer service to get it fixed is atrocious.
You’ve opened a support ticket by posting in this section. It’s best to refrain from opening duplicate tickets, as it just further slows the process of getting the help you need. Since you’re already here, though, if you care to elaborate on what’s happening the community can chime in until the duplicates get resolved and the thread is closed.
