Have you tried resetting your router? Have you tried using your phone as a hot spot to see if the problem is a dropped wifi signal? Are both of your Glowforges offline?

I made the mistake of turning off the glowforge something I never do. I had to start from scratch getting it connected to the Wifi. Thank you

I turn mine off every time I finish a project. I have only ever had to connect to my router once … years ago when I received it.
