that will be the fix until GF can figure out what is changing in the backend that is making the issue now and didn’t before.
Thank you for your patience while our team looked into this further. Unfortunately we don’t have more information at this time, but we’ll continue to look into this.
For now, either rasterizing the artwork to be engraved or trying to smooth and reduce the number of individual points/nodes where you plan to split your design for Pro Passthrough would be the two best options to complete prints with this design.
