Glowforge Appears damaged- handle separated from glass top, hinge appears bent. How do I proceed from here?
Support sometimes finds a picture helpful. You could reply with one here since they’ll see this thread eventually and work on your warranty replacement.

happened to me. unit needed to be replaced.
Its a bummer and I’m sorry.
since you started a thread that counts as opening a support ticket. they will contact you with details about sending this one back (in its original packaging including all foams and orange pieces, so pack it up!) and will send you the replacement almost immediately.
