My Glowforge arrived today and it’s soaking wet. The box is dry. The moisture is all contained in the plastic bag it shipped in.
The coolant has leaked. GF will be in contact soon to replace it. So sorry to hear it happened.
Should I just box it back up then?
Sit tight—they are usually pretty quick in addressing these types of problems.
