I have had the Aura for about a week and I’m ready to return it. It won’t stay connected. It cut ONE project fine and hasn’t done anything since without giving me trouble for days or long hours at a time. Now it’s not cutting any design properly (my own, or premium designs from the shop). The camera is clean. Laser head is fine. Not dirty. Nothing is in the way. Crumb tray and wood are sitting level - no warping. The engraving and scoring are working okay (if I can get the machine to do anything), but cutting is way off, about an 1/8 of an inch off. It slides the cuts to the right. I noticed when I reset the Aura, the laser head doesn’t move to the center under the camera. It sits off to the right of the camera. In following calibration steps for updating etc., it says to gently move the laser directly under the camera in the center and turn it off. I do that and it still moves off to the right a bit on its own. It’s also not going all the way snug to the top left corner when not in use. It’s sitting out about 1/8 inch. I haven’t moved it since initial setup. I’ve made sure it’s leveled. I’ve only attempted the calibration steps a couple times because I feel like I shouldn’t be moving the arms around myself. I also disconnect exhaust from the window so it’s not getting condensation in it when it’s just sitting because it’s been storming here and it’s very humid here in the south right now. I’ve tried everything. Not sure what to do but this is NOT fun and definitely not worth the money I’ve spent on the machine and materials. It’s an expensive decoration at this point.
I’m sorry you’re having so many issues - you should definitely reach out to actual Support (click Support at the top menu and it’ll take you to their contact page). As your machine is new, if they can’t figure out what the issue is they’ll replace it under warranty.
