The week before Christmas I was trying to finish up my gifts when the yellow light came on. I shut it down cleaned the rails, wiped down the entire inside of the machine, cleaned the lens, mirrors and cover. Cleaned the fan on the laser head shut down the router, machine and laptop. I waited 10 minutes and plugged the laptop, router and Aura back in and tried to start a project same thing the yellow light came back on. Over the course of 3 days I tried everything repeatedly but could never get rid of the yellow light so I bought another Aura just to finish the gifts. About 2 months ago I figured I had nothing coming up so i started the 1st aura up, it came on but still with the yellow light. I cleaned everything again and again it came back on with the yellow light. I shut everything down for 10 minutes and restarted everything but the machine would not start. If anybody has any suggestions as to what I can try next I would be most appreciative. And no I have not reached out to support as I have not gotten anywhere with them for past issues.
