Im using my glowforge Aura and I cant get it to start the print. I have unplugged it, I have forgotten the printer and set it up brand new, restarted computer and router and am running out of ideas. I have uploaded my design and the print button is just spinning orange in the app. It wont progress past this point.
Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.
This could be a problem with the file. What happens when you try to open a different file?
Same thing when opening two other files that i have already successfully cut in the past
Try opening the Glowforge app in a different browser.
Sometimes browsers update and cause glitches. In a day or two, go back to your old browser and it will probably work again.
Whelp it started working in Safari it got 4 lines engraved and then the power button turned amber and wont start back up again. Not sure what caused it to stop, it was only a 2 hr print and it maybe made it 45 seconds in.
How hot is the room? Are you using the filter or venting out the window?
60ish probably in the room and yes using the filter
