GlowForge availability

I placed an order for a glowforge plus on the 3rd.
Have not received any shipping notification.
Several emails I sent have had the “apologetic, we don’t have any info and will get back to you when we do.” response.

I’m still waiting.
Should I be concerned?

So about 30 mins after my initial post, I got a Fedex shipping notification.
After digging around, it’s from GF in Fort Worth TX. Weighs 78 Lbs.
Must be it.

For some reason, Glowforge is also very bad at actually sending shipping notifications, so it’s not unusual to receive your items before you’re told they’ve shipped. You can sign up with both UPS and FedEx for free services that will tell you when a package is on the way, which is probably worth doing anyway.
